Aperol Spritzzz

Your elegantly sparkling Aperol Spritzz!

Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients
Begin by ensuring all your ingredients are ready. If not pre-prepared, cut a fresh orange into small cubes to yield about 20 g. Rinse the mint sprig gently and set aside. Measure out the water, tonic water, white wine, and Aperol using a measuring jug.

Step 2: Combine the Ingredients
Pour the 200 ml water, 200 ml tonic water, 200 ml white wine, and 100 ml Aperol into the iSi Twist’n Sparkle Virtuoso bottle. Add the orange cubes and the sprig of mint. Ensure the total volume does not exceed the 720 ml capacity.

Step 3: Carbonate the Mixture
Securely seal the bottle and attach the iSi Sparklets Soda Charger following the manufacturer’s instructions. Carbonate the mixture until you see a vibrant cascade of bubbles forming throughout the liquid.

Step 4: Allow the Foam to Settle
Let the bottle sit undisturbed for about 2 minutes, allowing any foam to naturally settle.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Once the foam has dissipated, carefully remove the sparkling wand. Pour your Aperol Spritzz into glasses and serve immediately for a refreshingly bubbly cocktail.

Tip: For best results, pre-chill the filled bottle well before carbonating to maximize the sparkling effect and preserve the flavors.
